Cancelation conditions

Cancellation and refund request must always be made in writing addressed to the Congress Secretary by email to conference2021@onewelfareworld.org

  • Cancellations received in writing until August 15, 2021: 25% will be retained for management expenses.
  • Cancellations received in writing from August 16, 2021 or No Attendance: They will not have a refund.

All returns will be made after the congress.
